He installed hardwood floors for a living, I was in nursing school, and we were raising two daughters in a small two-bedroom townhouse… with a son on the way. We were doing everything “right,” but it never felt like enough.

We knew something had to change — drastically.

Real estate became our leap.
Shane quit his job and jumped into his first brokerage with zero connections, zero plan, and zero safety net. And since I was the one who encouraged that leap… I took it on myself to figure out the marketing side before the whole ship sank.

I taught myself everything:
